Graag wil ik jullie uitnodigen om deel te nemen aan het meditatieretreat met Bhikkhuni Kusuma uit Sri Lanka. Ze komt voor het eerst naar Nederland en geeft een eenmalig retreat.

Meditation retreat with the Ven. Bhikkhuni Kusuma from Sri Lanka and Bhante Holland Sri Devamitta will also be there.

Bhikkhuni Kusuma is a well known teacher in Asia, she has been teaching Vipassana and Samatha meditation for over 40 years.

Venerable Bhikkhuni Kusuma is truly glowing with compassion and kindness, she delivers her remarkable Dhamma talks filled with real life experiences, speaks to the heart and inspires and consoles many of us showing how we can weave the noble teachings of the Buddha to lessen the miseries of our daily lives. Bhikkuni Kusuma, MA, PhD, is a fully ordained Buddhist nun from Sri Lanka who has pioneered the re-establishment of the Theravada Female Buddhist Order in Sri Lanka.

The retreat will start on Friday March 23 2012. Arrival between 14.30 and 17.00.

It will end on Saturday March 31 2012 around 10.30.

The cost for a double room will be 340 euro and for a single room 385 euro. This includes all meals.

The retreat will be held at the Naropa institute, Vierhonderdpolderdijk 10
